Health conditions and conditions affecting the working ability of railway executive workers

Abstract:

Taking into consideration the psychologically and physically demanding railway work, it is important to timely identify the diseases and conditions limiting railway workers to perform the work in a safe way for themselves but also for the environment. The importance of trial examinations is in immediate elimination of potential workers of inadequate health capacity, while subsequent periodical, control and intentional examinations help to detect and monitor possible changes in health status of workers and thus reduce the possibility of incidents, work injuries and professional illnesses.
