Evaluation of disability on the basis of psychotic disorders

Abstract:

Evaluation of disability on the basis of mental disorders is a complex procedure. Each patient requires an individual approach that takes into account different biological, psychological and social factors. In spite of the progress made in the treatment of persons with mental disorders, which has influenced the perspective of their ability to live and work independently, the recommendations for the evaluation of disability on the basis of mental disorders were little discussed in our literature in the last thirty years. Therefore, we present the general recommendations for the evaluation of disability on the basis of mental disorders.
