Gorski kotar – friend of children. Goran panels about children

Abstract:

The 30th anniversary of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child is marked in the year 2019. In order to implement the conclusions of the Convention as quickly as possible, numerous countries worldwide, including Croatia, have launched the action “Cities /Municipalities - Friends of Children” over the last 20 years. The action basically means the implementation of the Convention at the local level, with a variation of “Gorski Kotar - a friend of children” and the planned action “Goran panels on children”.
