No-prep veneers – minimally invasive treatment in the aesthetic zone
No-prep veneers are ultrathin aesthetic restorations that do not require dental tissue removal. When properly indicated, their success rate is comparable to, or even exceeds, the success rate of regular preparation laminate porcelain veneers. They are applicable as a non-invasive aesthetic correction in frontal teeth, as well as a solution for minor discolorations, shape irregularities and tooth protection. Due to their high bonding strength to enamel, no-prep veneers have exhibited satisfactory long term results in restoring simple cases, emphasizing the preservation of the biological tissue as their main advantage. The presented case shows the restoration of upper frontal teeth with 6 lithium disilicate no-prep veneers.
